I've eaten copious amounts of guacamole everyday for the past 5 days.
I spent Saturday at the Avocado Festival in Carpinteria and it was fantastic. Hot on the heels of Lobster Fest--and not liking lobster--I find myself at AvoFest where I am mildly allergic to avocados. Not that it's stopped me. A week's worth of fruit came home with me. Every day I whip up a batch of guacamole and my improvised recipe gets closer and closer to perfection.
