#601.

You know, I've written 600 blog posts?! That's amazing. Not all of them are published but I don't save partials--so that's SIX HUNDRED entries I have written. No doubt most of them are of ridiculous shit but once in awhile, I know I put a gem up there. Had to. Right? Been doing this since 2006.

Here's blog post #601. Some people have asked for more of my adventures in public transit. This happened today:

I was riding the DASH this afternoon. The small bus that runs through Downtown L.A. that saves people the trouble of getting their car out of parking or walking however many blocks to get to Staples or wherever. I take it now and then. More often lately--might as well, it only costs $0.25/ride.

Man on the DASH requests his stop.
Driver misses it.
Man says, "You missed my stop! I wanted the last one!"
Driver says, "Sorry." (shrugs shoulders)
Man says, "That's okay. You lucky I know you, man... Or you woulda been one BITCH SLAPPED MOTHERFUCKER."
Most of the other riders erupt in laughter.
Man shouts, "BITCH!" and gets off the DASH.

Now, what I don't get is why everyone thought that was hilarious. But I also don't get why SNL is still on the air after all these years. I'll try not to overthink this one, bitch. Haha?
