Nope, this weekend's food highlight is the peach donut from Jim's.
Last week, was talking to a friend, who asked if I've picked up the peach donut yet this season. No, never had it. I think I'd still like strawberry one better anyway. The response I got to that answer was some kind of mix of shock, disbelief, pity. I'm not sure. It was spelled out to me that I was missing something really special so I said I'd go Saturday morning. I did. Great stuff. (Still like strawberry better!) I'd go back again for it. Well, I'd probably go anyway. All of Jim's donuts are great.

It's peach season! (We have an old peach pie in the fridge I didn't do properly but now it's dying a slow sad death in there.)
