Even if you're only a casual reader of the Empirical, I'm betting you love butter and melty cheeses. Have some free time today? Go check out the Grilled Cheese Invitational taking place in "the cornfield," Downtown Los Angeles. If you don't know where that is, I can't help you. I'm not sure it has an address and can only say, it's kinda near or just outside of Chinatown. I'll be in the area (Olvera St./Chinatown) for lunch, but am still undecided about going to the competition. Say hi if you spot me though.
