110 Format.

A friend gave me an early Xmas gift today--an old Minolta camera that takes 110 format film.

Pretty cool. There was a corroded battery in it, but another friend made quick work of removing it. Didn't look like there was any damage to the contacts so it should clean up nicely. If we can get the thing up and running, I will definitely be playing around with that. So far, with a fresh battery, no lights or movement--might be dead. Will try it again tomorrow. Heard yet another friend has a small cache of 110 film.

Working or not, it'll look cool on a shelf.

I do hope it works though. I'd like to take it to a friend's birthday party this Saturday and really go to town with it.
