I Voted.

I got to my polling location 20 minutes to opening. I was tenth in line and out by 720 a.m. I'm going to be nervous all day until the results come in. Heading to an election results party later on and will probably pull another all-nighter. Already expecting another not-enough-sleep headache tomorrow and possibly hangovers (Maybe not as I don't drink much these days but that could be the problem). Hopefully it will be the happy hangover (ie. everything and everyone I voted for WON) and not the other thing (I have to move out of the States...Where to?)

Glad to finally get the voting out of the way. I've been watching so much election coverage on the nightly news on top of all the internetting all day. The free "Election coffee" I picked up at Starbucks is making me less jittery but has me wondering why I ever quit coffee drinking and cigarette smoking--had a little taste of that old life earlier--I miss it.

If you haven't already--shame on you--go wait in the super-long lines and do your American duty. You have 8 hours left.
