Loma Linda Bans Smoking Pretty Much Everywhere.

No more smoking...
parks
restaurants
theaters
hospitals
at bus stops
City Hall
most motel and apartment units
public streets and sidewalks

And if that didn't cover everything...
"any public or private place open to the general public regardless of any fee or age requirement, including, for example, streets, sidewalks, plazas, bars, restaurants, clubs, stores, stadiums, parks, playgrounds, taxis and buses."

Beverly Hills is moving towards this. No smoking in outdoor patio seating areas (of which there are many because the rich like to sit outside and be douchebags) or even walking down the damn sidewalk...
